Yup,yup...it is at least for me. I have worn diapers all my life till no and don't feel ready for bed withoout them. I still put them on if like there is going to be a big test the next day cuz i would never get to sleep. They make feel secure and I do still have accidents once in a while. The rents are kewl with it.
