Don't worry....you probably pooped your pants because you had a stomach bug or something and it is nothing to worry about. As for peeing your pants....often people loose control of their pee when they laugh or sneeze. It is normal. This once happened to a friend of mine...this guy told a joke and she laughed so hard she totally peed her pants......
