There are some kids that will make fun of you for wetting the bed, but most won't care. But if you like to play around in a diaper before you go to bed, even your friends may think you have a fetish and make fun of you for that. Unless you really need diapers for daytime accidents, you should wait until you are ready to go to sleep to put one on, and use the toilet just before that. That gives you the best chance of not having any leaks during the night. At your age you should be able to put a diaper on yourself, except maybe if it's a cloth diaper with pins; and even then you could learn to pin it on with some practice.
