you could have drank a-lot of something and u could be nervous also for some people when something makes them laugh their bladders become fuller. but i would say bring a sweatshirt where ever you go to cover up your accident if you have one and dont drink as much. About teh bed cover theere are more comforatable things that are cotton on the inside but have a comfy spongey material that absorbs everything when you wet.hope i helped, if you wanna chat just tell me!
