A couple years back I started wetting the bed and my pants without realizing it (well, until it had happened), so I had to go back into diapers 24/7 for a few months before I finally got day control back (though I have not had a dry night since and still have occasional day accidents). I'd suggest getting some Goodnights, since they're the largest size out there that aren't adult (since to my knowledge my companies don't make small sized adult diapers anytmore).
