i weigh about 120 lbs. and the XL Goodnites fit me. About buying them: in the Target store where I go, the diapers are back near the pharmacy, so u don't have the embarrassment of walking to the front of the store with them. the person who checks u out is always really nice about it. the whole affair ends after about 5 minutes, and then u have the joy of waking up without wet sheets
