What's your exact problem? Do you got a sudden urge and can't hold back? (that's my problem) I've learned to cope with it, to go immediatly when you feel you can't hold back anymore, and go when you can, also when you don't have to. I've had this problem since I was 12, and sometimes you just pee your pants, it's not a very big problem anymore. So I never used diapers. But I also never wet the bed, only daytime accidents.
