NO TEACHER should tell you that you cannot use the restroom. I have Cerebral Palsy, and even though I don't wear Diapers, I have wet my pants before when I was younger. If you must use the bathroom more often, and the teacher disallows you the right to do so, get up, and leave the room - Go to the bathroom - I have been lucky that I was on an Individual Education Plan (IEP) Tailored for my needs. One thing that they allowed for was for ME to decide when I had to use the bathroom, and I had standing permission to use it whenever I needed to. The idea is not to wait until you feel like you're gonna Explode before you leave - TRUST me - If you do it this way, you won't pee your pants if you can leave before it happens! If you wait until the TEACHER gives you permission, you will have wet pants - Wetting your pants in school or in another place is not cool - I speak from experience - WET Pants are uncomfortable and unnecessary. Wearing Diapers is also an option, but if you can control your bladder and bowels, you should use the restroom. A teacher that will deny a student the right to use the restroom is not a good teacher - everyone has to go to the bathroom, and I would rather go if I had my way, in the toilet than in my pants --Brian seminole002@yahoo.com
