Hi Liz It happens me too. I don't know how it is for you girls, but I hold on to myself until I get to the toilet. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. When it doesn't it's really embarrasing. If it happens often to you, you might try some pullups (I know you didn't want to hear that) and make sure you go to the doctor. Linus lill_linus@yahoo.com
