I think you have the same problem as me, stress incontinence, but i never (have) wet the bed. It began when i was 12, somthimes i just pee in my clothes, and especialy often when i started to laugh. It became worse and worse, sometimes more the once a day, aspecialy with very wide pants and shorts it embarrasing, you directly pee on the floor. But after a while i learned to go always to the toilet during break, resulting less accidents. My parents where affraid of diabetes(because my both grandmothers have had it to), but I hadn't. About 16 it became less, now i'm 18 and last time i got an accident was in the supermarket a few months ago. Good luck, Maarten
