There are a lot of diapers out there that will fit you. Molicare are VERY absorbant im incontinent and i can go at least 3 hrs without a change in them. At night they hold up great also. You usually have to order them online. The most absorbant "in store" diaper I have found is depends overnights, the white kind. Anyway good luck.
