Ask one of your parents to talk to the teacher, and if that doesn't help talk to the principal or school board. If you use the bathroom during a break and still can't make it to the next break, then the rule should be changed, at least in your case, and your parents should stand up for you on this. No child should be forced to wet his pants when there is a bathroom available.
