Hi Bob, There are other kinds that fit you. Goodnites do and you can change them yourself ( I cant because they dont fit me). Youth Attends (with tapes) also will fit you. I use cloth diapers and plastic pants and they will fit you. They also have cloth pull up type diapers and cloth diapers with velcro on them so you dont use pins and can do it yourself. Doing it yourself will make you feel a lot bigger and its not so embarrassing.
