I doubt they're the only kind that fit you. Try "goodnites." They come to fit anyone up to a hundred and twenty-five pounds. If you're too big for that (I don't have much of a concept of how much guys weigh), they make adult diapers that are just white. I think if you look around at k-mart, walmart, or especially a drug store, you should find some white ones.
