damon,you should make yourself go toilet...i wet my bed every night and wear pads and plastic pants,up till i was 8 i also used to poo in bed each night and sometime do it in my knickers during the day.a friend told me what she did and i started to do it also..and still do...every evening i go on toilet and sit there straining untill i do poo,even when i dont feel i need to poo i force it out,i stay there untill i do it, i also try to poo befor school for about 45 minuits,and often go to school with my bum sore and bleeding but at least no one knows,i either use a s.t or wear plastic knickers over my knickers.better than pooing in class..also when i do this at night and make my bum bleed,mum always puts my nappy on for me,and puts special cream on my bum and a suppositry up my bum
