Hi Kelly, I never really went on sleep over because I dont have many friends and mostly because of the diapers. There are alot of things that you can do, I forgot where I read it or saw it but if your going to sleep in a sleeping bag, put the goodnites inside the sleeping bag before you go to your friends house. Then when your going to go to bed put it on. If you dont sleep in a sleeping bag, try wearing underwear over the goodnites, it might help with the noise. I hope this helps. MIKE (TIGER) 16
