I have the same problem. It's not fun. Especially when I'm going out with friends for a drive or something and I'm always really really busting to do a pee. My friends sometimes won't stop for me and the other night I had to jump out of the car at a set of lights cos I just couldn't hold it and run to a lane way to go and I wet myself on the way. :(
