don't be embarrassed to tell your parents. its not your fault and i'm sure they'd understand you not wanting to ruin everything. you shouldn't be embarrassed to tell your friends they'll understand if there youre real friend i promise. besides if your losing sleep because your afraid you'll wet it can make the problem worse. goodluck w/ your problem
