I also dream that I am getting up and going to the bathroom. But I am actually in a deep sleep! I wet the bed daily until about age 12. Now at age 30 I still wet the bed about once a year. It drives me nuts because at the time, I think that I am getting up to go to the bathroom, but I'm only dreaming it. I am single, and I worry about how I'd tell my wife someday. I know it must be psychological. It is so embarrasing. I don't use diapers because it happens so infrequently. I thought I was the only one who had these dreams.
