Dear Donnie: A few years back I began wearing diapers again, too, because I have to drink a lot of water. I started wetting the bed. Well, at first I felt ashamed. It's not so bad now. However, when I go across the street to buy diapers, sometimes I feel embarassed. But like you, I got used to wearing diapers and plastic pants at night. I know it's better than wetting in bed. Although it still feels a bit strange. I only thought little kids wet the bed at night and had to wear diapers. I can see that, from the board, many adults have to do the same thing.
