You are not alone with your problem. I have been dealing with incontinence for the last 10 years or so. My incontinence appears to be triggered by stress and as a result I wear diapers 24/7. That way I don't have to worry in case I am not near a toilet. Recently I finally built up enough courage and started to tell people about my "situation" and have gotten a lot of support and understanding.
