I am partial to Molicare Super Plus. They cost a bit more but are worth the peace of mind and a dry bed in the AM. They need to make improvement on their tapes (they don't hold real well), but I just use Diaper pins and they do fine then. To wear them during the day you will need relaxed fit jeans as they are quite bulky.
