It is not uncommon to occasionally have an accident. Try not to drink right before bed and always pee first. Also, like Adam said, dont draw attention to yourself. Lots of people occasionally wet the bed. I do from time to time. However, I have learned that people like you and me don't consider themselves real bedwetters and they dont come to sites like this.
