Hi Shelly. Just to echo what others have said. Most all adult diapers still have the plactic outer cover. The new protective underwear (adult pull-ups)have the cloth outer cover. I believe a couple of adult diaper manufactures are going to the cloth cover like most manufactures of children diapers. You can buy Attends and Depends in most department, grocery and drug stores. Depends seem to be most common. Some of these stores may also carry their own brand name diaper but I have seen them with cloth covers.
