I have had the same type of dream too.I am a fairly regular bedwetter anyway. However,maybe one or two times a year I have the dream of going to pee somewhere and wake up wetting.Lots of people seem to have this dream and are not bedwetters. Seems to be a fluke thing. I wouldn't run out buying diapers for just this one time event. If you think about the night you wet. Did you do something different than normal? Were you overly tired or have to much drink? Did you take any new medication? Did you go pee before going to bed? Your bladder filled up and you didn't wake up on your own. So, your mind took over and created the dream trying to make you aware that you need to go pee. Problem is you missed the message and didn't wake up and ended up wetting.
