I live in the Louisville area to and wear diapers 24\7 I am married and have 2 children so I can tell you there are women that don't care about diapers...I don't go out of my way to hide the fact I wear diapers..I work out in diapers,go everywhere I need to goin diapers I quit beating myself up over the problem If I can live with them so can others.
