i know what you are going threw i mess my slef a lot one time i was at a chines resturant i i had to go but by the time i got to the bathroom it was too late and i did it again recently i started wearing diapers they do come in handy because i can hardly make it threw the day and i never can at night and it does get irritating everyone morning waking up wet or with a mess and having to hurry to get the toliet on time it sbut diapers will make it easier then you won't have the embarrssment now i feel safe going to public places with out messing or wetting myself like i did so very often
