Less time in wet diapers. If you spend more then 8 hours in a wet diaper, you will get a rash. Avoid ointments, especially greasy ones that only come off with soap. If you use soap to remove the ointment, the rash will get worse. I have exzema and know what I'm saying. Frequent diaper changes are key. Also, I have found that a slightly damp diaper is worse than a fully soaked one for aggravating a rash. Bill
