Should you need this, you can order from: drylife.com...which is a UK outfit. They do have nappies for youth(children) and for adults with a wide variation of sizes. Of course, there are many in the USA and Canada with fabrics different from the nappies you are acustomed to. Also, it appears to me that you also need plastic or rubber pants which they all have, except rubber pants seem to be only in adult sizes. Good luck to you.
