Do you have compleat loss of your bladder or is it just a dribble if so a pad will do just fine, however if your having a total loss of control then my dear iam afraid you should look at a diaper, nowadays most diapers are quite thin compared to the old style ones. i personly wear pull ups there just about like normal underwear and they work fantastic. hope this helps a bit.
