In my experience, a sudden onset of bedwetting can be caused by a urinary tract infection or by emotional upset. An infection can be detected and treated easily by a medical doctor, which should relax the problem. Cutting back severly on your liquids can make the infection worse. Emotional upset can be of many sources, and must be thought out carfully.
