If you and your girlfriend is in love with you and accepts you for the person you are, it won't matter to her that you wet the bed. My boyfriend and I were together for a year before we spent the night together because I had to wait to see if he really loved me before I revealed my problem. I also have an incurable medical problem, I will probably always wet the bed, but my boyfriend has accepted this and doesn't care that I have to wear diapers to bed. Good luck.
