Hi steven AHHHH you asked the 64 dollar question. I have to tell you when ever i told my girlfriends about my bed wetting or pants wetting they immediatly drop me like a hot potato, UGH! thats gross is the basic reply (amongst other things)if she truly loves you it shouldnt be a problem, my advice is approach the subject cautiously gradually bring it into the conversation. One thing you could try (and i havent yet) say as a joke what would you do/think if you knew i wet the bed(or something like that)watch her reaction good/bad. hope this helps a bit let me know the outcome.
