Hello Sarah, my name is chris... i find that attends large plus a stage 6 baby diaper like huggies or luvs. soaks up very nice... i am bladder incontinent and wear diapers 24/7...... put the baby diaper in the front where you wet the most..... also good luck , 2 months 2 go till baby's here
