Hi Lisa, You have no idea how much I can relate to you. I've been wetting my bed since I was a kid and still do at 22. It's really embarrassing for me especially when I have some friends over. So I always try to sleep in a room alone and never spend a night at my friends. It gets me really frustrated and I've been looking for all sorts of solutions for it; like other people I've tried the alarm and also cutting down on my drinks but I haven't been able to keep up with it and I always wet my bed as soon as I drink normally during the day. I have to do laundry 3 to 5 times a week because I live with other people and I don't want them to find out. I'm really out there to find a solution to my problem because its just too stressing to live with; and I'll let you know as soon as find something.
