There are a lot of us who still wet the bed... just look at how many millions of adult diapers they sell every year...you shouldn't be ashamed and you should explain to your son that it is a medical condition and can't be helped... and you definatly shouldn't let it prevent you from haveing normal adult relationships... good luck
