Matt, there is a product called an externall catheter that is widely used for wetting problems . I have been in a wheel chair for 20 yrs now and dont have to use a diaper, with this product, it basically looks like a rubber , but attatches to a hose and a leg bag I found the best ones made by ( Hollister )and come in none latex, also . ask your Doc about them .
