I have similar problem too, I'm very sad because I just got married on February 1st and I though I was going to manage...but my husband found out about it today february 22nd when I wetted my bed at 4:30am and all happen when I had one of those weird dreams of peeing in a bathroom. I feld very embrarrassed and I don't even want to go home today after work. My dreams are very real that sometimes I don't wake up on time. but must of the times I do wake up in the middle of peeing and sometimes when it just started I have tried everything no drinking fluids after 7pm sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. and watching tv at night for a long time this method works better for me because I believe that this problem has to do with a sleeping disorder, but I guess I went to sleep early last night... It also happens when I'm under stress but not always. It's hard to think that I look so normal during the day ,and then I feel so stupid when these accidents happen at night. Sometimes I think I just don't desserve to be alive. I'm also a college student finishing this semester my bachelor's in psychology! Can you belive this? I'm very sad!
